Yes. An eligible ID holder may sponsor you onto Air Station Barbers Point and escort you to the Hideaway Club. Your sponsor is responsible for you while you are on the installation and must follow all base access requirements

Eligible DoD CAC/ID cardholders may rent venue space or sponsor an event. The eligible ID holder must be listed on the rental application and must be present for the duration of the event

Yes. Families are welcome to enjoy our facilities. Children must be supervised at all times and should not be in the main bar service area without adult supervision or after 8:00 PM.
For their safety, children are not permitted to use the billiards tables, darts, or workout equipment. Minors are also not permitted to sit at the bar top at any time.

Yes. Pets are welcome in permitted areas but must remain leashed at all times. If a pet becomes disruptive or aggressive toward patrons or staff, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the facility.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not permitted inside the main bar area where food and beverages are prepared and served, in accordance with applicable MWR policies.

Generally, no. Food and beverages must be purchased from the Hideaway Club or approved concession vendors. Guests may bring their own water.
The exception is approved rental events. Rental clients may provide food for their invited guests in accordance with their rental agreement and Hideaway Club policies.

No. The Hideaway Club is available for private rentals 7 days a week, based on availability. Rental times are not limited to regular Club operating hours.

The Hideaway Club can accommodate a variety of events, including command and military functions such as Hail & Farewells, promotions, pinnings, retirements, wet downs, morale events, and organizational days.
We also welcome social events, private gatherings, and approved fundraisers, based on availability and applicable MWR policies.
